4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation will be honored.
5. Ordering Process

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket – where available)

Payment must be made in full before or upon delivery. For COD orders, the full payment must be made to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Policy
Muse Closets delivers across Bangladesh through reliable courier partners. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka Metro: 3–5 business days
7.2 Delivery Charges
• Standard Delivery – Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Express Delivery – Inside Dhaka: ৳150 (same-day where applicable)
• Standard Delivery – Outside Dhaka: ৳130
7.3 Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, or courier disruptions. Muse Closets is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Ensure correct and complete delivery address is provided. Muse Closets is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
8. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return conditions:
8.1 Eligible Returns
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
• Product significantly different from the description
8.2 Return Conditions
• Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original packaging
• Photographic evidence of the issue must be provided via WhatsApp
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
• Items returned after 24 hours of delivery
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Items without original packaging
• Preserved roses (due to their delicate nature)
8.4 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or mobile banking as agreed.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 01886870406. COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior cancellation notice may result in a delivery fee charge.
10. Product Care – Preserved Roses
Our preserved roses require special care:
• Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Do not water – they are already preserved
• Handle gently to maintain their shape and color
• Store in a cool, dry place
Damage resulting from improper care after delivery is not covered under our return policy.
11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability
