Delivery Charges

Delivery Time

• ঢাকার ভেতরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস

• এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: একই দিন (সকাল ১১টার আগে অর্ডার করলে)

• ডেলিভারি সময় গণনা করা হবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর থেকে।

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Express (Inside Dhaka): ৳150 (order must be placed before 11:00 AM)

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
• Express Delivery: Same day (if ordered before 11:00 AM)
• Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is confirmed.

📦 রিটার্ন নীতিমালা (Return Conditions)

• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে চেক করুন। কোনো ড্যামেজ বা ত্রুটি থাকলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছেই পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করতে হবে।

• পণ্য অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।

• পণ্যের ট্যাগ ও লেবেল অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।

• পণ্য গ্রহণের পর ব্যবহার করা হলে সেটি রিটার্নযোগ্য হবে না

🔄 কিভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন?

• রিটার্ন করার জন্য ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় আপনার অর্ডার নম্বরসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

• পণ্যের সমস্যার একটি পরিষ্কার ছবি পাঠান।

• আমরা যাচাই করে নিশ্চিত করবো পণ্যটি রিটার্নযোগ্য কি না।

• রিফান্ড অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

📦 Return Policy

• Always inspect your product carefully in front of the delivery man when receiving it. If you notice any damage or defect, return it to the delivery man immediately on the spot.
• The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• Once a product has been used after delivery, it will not be eligible for return.

🔄 How to Return?

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number while the delivery man is still present.
• Send a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
• We will review and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.
• Refund or exchange requests will be processed within a maximum of 30 working days.
